While most efforts focus on common meats such as pork, beef, and chicken which constitute the bulk of consumption in developed countries, companies such as Orbillion Bio focused on high-end or unusual meats including elk, lamb, bison, and Wagyu beef. Since then, other cultured meat prototypes have gained media attention: SuperMeat opened a farm-to-fork restaurant called "The Chicken" in Tel Aviv to test consumer reaction to its "Chicken" burger, while the "world's first commercial sale of cell-cultured meat" occurred in December 2020 at Singapore restaurant 1880, where cultured meat manufactured by US firm Eat Just was sold. In 2013, Mark Post created a hamburger patty made from tissue grown outside of an animal. To feed your fish, dip a toothpick in the water about a quarter of an inch, then dip the wet end into the fish food. Use crushed-up goldfish food (flake form). They can go a day or two without food, if necessary. You only need to feed your fish a tiny amount each day. The snails can do the same job in your mini tank, and they need no additional maintenance! Pet shops keep snails in the plant tanks to help control algae. Usually they won't even charge you for them. When choosing your plants, ask the shop clerk to throw in a few tiny snails. The plants will also use up the nutrients from your fish's poop (ah, the circle of life). You need live plants to provide oxygen to your mini aquarium's ecosystem. You'll only need a pinch of something for this small tank, but luckily these are pretty cheap at the pet store. You can also try guppies, neon tetras, or Zebra Danios. Minnows are a hardy choice and cost only a few cents. Choose something that won't grow to more than an inch and a half long. These have lived in their little homes very happily for many years. _You can put up to four or five fish in a tank, but most of my tanks have ended up with just one or two. This allows the chlorine to evaporate, making it healthier for your fish. If you're using tap water, fill a container and let it sit for a while. You can also add a few larger stones or other decorations for visual interest - and to give any shy fish a place to hide. They will break down your fishes' poop into useful nutrients. These provide a surface for beneficial bacteria to grow. Use a hammer and nail, or for plastic lids, heat a metal BBQ skewer over a flame and melt a hole right through. You'll need to poke an air hole or two in the lid.
Remove the label (use Goo Gone if necessary) and wash and rinse well. _I use plastic because I have kids, and we're all clumsy.

I have no idea whether the company is still in business, but its website is still available, and full of useful information. I later ordered another one directly from the website of the company that made them, AquaBabies. I first saw these adorable desk-top fish tanks at Target one Christmas, and snuck two of the home - one for the kids' room, and one for my office shelf. We've had one or more mini aquariums going in our house for years and years. I just made a new one for my son, when we realized that he couldn't bring his 30-gallon goldfish tank - filled with 8-inch-long fish from our former backyard pond - with him to college.
