Nabbing a role in the MCU is a big deal for any aspiring actor, and while his priority appears to be his in-ring work, this could be the start of much bigger things for Rollins in Hollywood.

While the former led the group for a time, that role is expected to go to Diamondback in Captain America: Brave New World so Marvel Studios will likely borrow more from the second version of the character. It's also said that the pro wrestler has wrapped filming after missing a couple of weeks of Monday Night RAW, suggesting the movie itself might be close to wrapping (which would explain Anthony Mackie's recent social media post). Well, one reliable insider now appears to have confirmed that by revealing (via ) Rollins will take on the role of Cobra. WWE Superstar Seth Rollins was first seen on the set of Captain America: Brave New World last month, and we surmised at the time that he might be among the actors playing members of the villainous Serpent Society.
